Z Haiku #atozchallenge

It’s really nothing—

a Babylonian gift

to science and math

We made it to the end of this year’s A to Z challenge! Can you come up with the word that starts with Z that today’s little poem suggests? The first line gives it away; it’s really nothing.

Because this is the last entry this year, I’ve got a second haiku for you. This one’s not a puzzle, it’s just a message from me to you.

One final haiku—

for those who followed along

I want to say THANKS

Y Haiku #atozchallenge

Who’s beyond the screen,

reading this blog post right now?

Yes, I’m talking to—

As we approach the end of the A to Z challenge for this year, I’m asking myself, Why haiku? It’s been a ton of fun to engage with all the splendid bloggers who’ve made this commitment and seen it through. Especially you!  See if you can figure out what word beginning with Y this little poem suggests.

Tomorrow will be the last post in this series. See you there!

U Haiku #atozchallenge

Look! Up in the sky!

Since  I don’t know what it is,

I know what it’s called

Hey, you, haiku! We’re back for the last week of the A to Z Blogging Challenge, and today we have a haiku that refers to something that starts with the letter U. This time it’s not a word but a phrase, with a common three-letter abbreviation beginning with U. This is an odd one; I know what it’s called because I don’t know what it is! Can you guess the term? Let us know in the comments.
