T Haiku #atozchallenge

~ the word we use for ~
~ the steady progress of days ~
~ minutes and hours ~

We’re back again for the last full week of the A to Z Blog challenge! I’m doing a haiku puzzle for each day in the challenge. The letter of the day is T, so today’s haiku suggests a word that starts with T. Can you figure out the word? Tell us in the comments.

If you’re just joining us and want to see all the haiku puzzles in this year’s challenge, you can start here with the letter A.

S Haiku #atozchallenge

~ small and dry as death ~
~ but holding the spark of life ~
~ just add sun and soil ~

It’s the haiku puzzle of the day in the A to Z Blog Challenge! Since the letter for the day is S, that means that today’s haiku suggests a word starting with S, and the puzzle is for you to figure out that word. Can you identify an S-word relating to the haiku? Tell us in the comments?

This ends the third week of the challenge. We get Sundays off, so check back on Monday for the haiku puzzle for the letter T. See you then!

N Haiku #atozchallenge

~ only a label ~
~ a rose by any other ~
~ would be just as sweet ~

Welcome to the second half of the A to Z Blog Challenge for 2018! Each day I offer a haiku, which is a tiny poem of just 17 syllables, arranged in three lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables. Each haiku suggests a word that starts with the letter of the day. Since today is N day, this poem suggests a word starting with N. Your task, then, is to figure out the word suggested by today’s poem that starts with N. Got it? Tell us in the comments!
